Origins
Lylah was once a mortal priestess on the world of Cyrintha, a hollow globe of inner seas and floating reef-crusts in the Inundatio Sphere. She served the Lady of Water before her, communing with the massive, dreaming Pearlborn who slumbered in the sphere’s inner ocean. When her goddess dissolved into tide and silence, Lylah descended into the deepest trench of the Elemental Plane of Water and returned transformed—a Marid crowned by the currents themselves.

Description
Lylah manifests as a luminous Marid robed in veils of shimmering tide and living coral. Her shape shifts like surf drawn over sand, and her voice carries the hush of a distant wave breaking in the dark. She is felt more than seen, her presence rising in sudden floods, strange dreams beneath the waves, or moments of direction in drift. Her temples are not fixed—rather, they are found in coral spirals, mist-cathedrals adrift on the sea, or within the shells of ancient leviathans.

Lylah’s divine influence flows through the Inundatio Sphere—a realm of endless oceans, drifting seas, and sacred silence. She is revered most deeply on Cyrintha, where floating isles cradle her faithful above the minds of sleeping deity-beasts. Her currents sweep through Deluthar’s dreaming form, spiral through Kuraali’s misted arc, and echo in the whispering seas beneath Voruneth’s ice. In a sphere where land has all but vanished, she is both guide and tide.
