Overview

Stabilizing a Planar Crystal can be done with magic or with psionics. Both forms are below.

Stabilize Crystal, lesser

Transmutation

You outstretch your arms, speak the incantation, and planar energies coalesce into the targeted Planar Crystal. You infuse an unstable Planar Crystal with sufficient planar magic to stabilize it.

After a ritual that takes 1 hour to complete, you cause the target Planar Crystal to become stabilized. All effects caused by touching the crystal cease, though any lasting ill effects they caused do not end.

This spell functions like Stabilize Crystal, lesser, except that it affects Planar Crystals of least, lesser and greater quality.

Augment
Spending 9 power points allows the manifester to affect Lesser Planar Crystals. Spending 15 power points allows the manifester to affect Greater Planar Crystals.
